I entered on the help menu but could not find office diagnostics. However, I
located detect and repair and entered, this ran successfully, but I still have
the original problem.
Maybe I'm being very silly and missing the obvious?

Hi Henry,
First thing to try is once you get into Outlook go to the Help menu, and locate
Office Diognostics. Enter on this and follow the on-screen prompts. Come back
if this doesnt' resolve it, and I'll show you how to scan your Outlook pst
files for errors.

Hi everyone
Using Windows 7 home premium, Jaws version 11 and Outlook 2003.
I am experiencing the following problem:
The first time I load Outlook, there is a problem, and a prompt to go on line
to check for a solution-this does not work I am just presented with a blank
screen.
The second time I load Outlook one of the prompts is to bypass the problem by
accepting the "safe mode" option and temporary lose some functionality.
Please could someone suggest how to solve this problem?
