Hi, you can't stop them other than setting up a rule to delete them. It's up to the sender to be polite enough not to be on lists and have that setting enabled at the same time, which not everybody is able to do, depending on their workplace. I wish lists could filter them out!

Cheers
Dave

Okay Dave, how do I stop them? I have just had two more from Glasgow. Nothing
to do with you is it Jackie? smile.

Hi, it is a feature of MS Outlook, and probably other email programs. Emails are retrieved and stored on a server rather than your own computer, and you
can set it to send a reply to any message you get with text of your
choosing. Each person gets just 1 message like this, so if they are in you
won't get any, and when they are out, sometimes you will.

Cheers
Dave

Can anyone explain why sometimes when I send a message to the list I get
and
office out of reply message. These are from people that I don't know.

Cheers

Ron
