Hi, it is a feature of MS Outlook, and probably other email programs. Emails
are retrieved and stored on a server rather than your own computer, and you
can set it to send a reply to any message you get with text of your
choosing. Each person gets just 1 message like this, so if they are in you
won't get any, and when they are out, sometimes you will.
