The results and other program listings on the BBC iPlayer website are
formatted in a table, therefore any screen reader that has a jump to
table command will be helpful. If you are a JAWS user then this
commmand would be letter T to jump to the table. Once you are at the
table you can use whatever review mechanism feels most conformatable
such as standard arrow keys to browse the table, or use table
keystrokes. Again in the case of JAWS these can be summerized as
control+alt+arrow keys to move about the table. This may be regarded
as most hepful when you know that collumn 1 is the program name collumn
therefore you can scoot down that collumn using the table reading
keystrokes and look up the programs.

I speak here of JAWS but other screen readders have similar levels of
functionality and thus information herein provided could be applied to
all of them when using this site.
