[access-uk] moving apps on the home screen

Hey y'all.
I'm very sory to keep asking iphone questions here and if i am
asking too many please let me know. I updated to ios7.5 and
since then i can't rearrange apps. I use to double tap and hold
and then shuffle the icons round but now i get the tone but they
don't move. Is it me doing something wrong? I've restarted my
phone, tried with my finger and the tuch pen i use. My phone has
a screen protector but this doesn't stop everything else working.
