[access-uk] mobile phone query.

Hi guys, my wife has noticed in the last few days, that her Nexus4 smart
phone has the following Issues.

No incoming ring tone, no message alert tones, and her facebook tones are no
longer working either.

Anyone know what the problem might be?, Billy
