Hi Jim,
Take a look at Voiceover on the Effects menu. Also there is a whole section
about it in the manual, which can be found by pressing alt-h and going down
to manual. In there, an HTML file, search for Voice Over.

Hi List,
Having difficulty shaping the volume for voice over. I want to reduce the
volume of the track so I can mix in a vocal link, and then lift the volume
at the end to the original level. Can't quite work it out.
