John, If I were you I'd ring Vodafone and ask them. I've always found their
data team on 191 to be extremely helpful about such things!

I have tried post.demon.co.uk but nothing happens,
I think it might be the vodafone smtp server which think is
something like
vizzavi.co.uk but again nothing happens.
at least I can receive mail from my nokia 7610
must try and get the correct smtp server address.
I have contacted demon and they said that I should not be able to send mail
via my phone.
I use gprs so must find out.
