  Hi Jeff.

  Try going into the view menu when you’re in that folder, arrow down to the 
Arrange icons by submenu and then arrow right to open the submenu.  Arrow to 
Name and then press enter and your sort order will be back to A to Z.

      I have dozens of individual folders containing MP3 folders.
      for some reason one of them has reversed going z to a, how do I reverse 
it?
