Hi,

As ever, Google is your friend.

I typed your error message plus the words Windows 7 into a Google search and
the first link that came up was this:-

Subject: [access-uk] explorer problem

Hi List,

I'm running a pc running jaws 16 and w7 home and sometimes when I open
windows explorer I get this message.
the "remote procedure call failed and did not exicute".  The message begins
with a drive letter and ends with an Ok button.
Any ideas.

I've quit and restarted jaws but it's only when I restart the pc that the
problem clears only to reappear later on.
Any ideas?
