[access-uk] email problem

Hi,
For some strange reason, about once a week all my email settings change. I
am using Ms Outlook and the inbox messages regularly change from my normal
setting of most recent at the top, to an alphabetically sorted list. I can
live with that one, but more annoyingly, something called time line now
appears to be checked which I do not want and don't seem to be able to get
rid of it.
Any ideas how to get rid of this?
