Hi Mo,

Thanks for your speedy reply. I'm using a newish pc and of course, I'd forgotten about the audible manager. I've downloaded and ran this app and have downloaded my book. However, I opted for the enhanced quality and it downloaded no problem, but when I copied this title to my victor stream's audible folder, where I have other audible books, it told me that this audio was not supported.
Not sure why it said that.
Any clues?
Jim

Hi Jim.

Could you provide more information? normally, when you purchase audio books you need the audible manager installed. that monitors the links you click on the audible website and kicks in to download your book. what error are you experiencing?

Mo.
