Thanks for your speedy reply.  I'm using a newish pc and of course, I'd
forgotten about the audible manager.
I've downloaded and ran this app and have downloaded my book. However, I
opted for the enhanced quality and it downloaded no problem, but when I
copied this title to my victor stream's audible folder, where I have other
audible books, it told me that this audio was not supported.
Not sure why it said that.
Any clues?
