[access-uk] converting to og vorbis

Hello List,
I want to convert music tracks either directly from cd or from wave files to
the og vorbis format. I believe I can do this using either winamp or cdex.
Had a look at cdex but I keep getting lost and I wouldn't know where to
start using winamp.
Any suggestions for other applications or help with the two apps mentioned
above will be gratefully recieved.
