Hi John, Right off the bat I'd suggest that your system is overheating due to dust in the machine. If you are using a laptop put a couple of items under it. Like three CD cases or a couple of thick felt tipped pens. This will enable the air to circulate into the under part of the machine. An open window will help a lot. That's only temporary. Next thing, get to your computer store and buy yourself a can of compressed air and blow your machine clean. Lift off the shell and get a sighted person to clean the dust out of your desktop system. All should be well from then on.
