Hi, Ok.

1. go to the inbox of OE.
2. Alt T for the tools menue.
3. Cursor up once for the options item and hit enter.
4. Control tab till you get to the security tab sheet. You will hear something about security zones. 5. Press tab 4 times and you should be on the checkbox that says do not allow viruses that could potentially be viruses. My guess is that its currently checked. You need to uncheck it.
6. Tab to the ok button and hit enter.
That should sort it.

Hi, This is perfectly normal. When OE is first used it is set to not allow access to attachments that microsoft have decided are potentially viruses. You have to disable this feature. Its in tools, options, security tab, do not allow attachments that could potentially be viruses. You have to unchek it.
