Hannah,
From the main window of Outlook Express, press Alt+T (together) for Tools,
then press O for Options. Now press tab until you're sure you are on one of
the tabs (which will probably be General when you first go in there), then
you can press Control+Tab (together until you reach the Security tab. Press
tab in there to find the check box, OK and come out when you've unchecked
it.

Hi, This is perfectly normal. When OE is first used it is set to not
allow access to attachments that microsoft have decided are potentially
viruses. You have to disable this feature. Its in tools, options,
security tab, do not allow attachments that could potentially be viruses.
You have to unchek it.

outlook has removed unsafe attachments i don't know what the hell is
