hi Barry,
it's very easy to answer a call, no different to any other blutooth
headset.
there's only 3 buttons on them all on the right arm.
the one nearest the lens is the on/off and volume up button
the middle one is the multi function button
and the one nearest your ear is the volume down button.
so when you receive a call simply press the middle button once and you
are connected and to hang up press the middle button again.
the call quality is very good and my wife tells me she could hear me
loud and clear at her end as well.
