Hi Pele

Your problem with regard to missing the end of programmes that DigiTV records
is simple to cure.

Once again the answer is in the settings menu, so open the file menu cursor
down a couple of times to settings and press enter.

Cursor left twice to get into the main settings tree and cursor down until you
reach recordings, right cursor until you hear “general one of two”. Cursor down
once to reach the “recordings” branch and right cursor to open it.

Now tab twice to get to the first of two timer boxes it will probably say “
one, one of twenty”. This setting determines the number of minutes DigiTV
starts recording before the programme is scheduled to start. I have this set to
zero.

Then tab once again and you will hear a similar “one, one of twenty”. This is
the number of minutes DigiTV records after the programme is scheduled to
finish. I have mine set to 5.

Now tab right round to the O>.K. button and press the spacebar and you will now
have set different values in minutes that DigiTV will record before and after
the scheduled length of the recording.

Alternatively, there is a different method of achieving this on a programme to
programme basis. You can do this when you set up the recording in the first
place, by tabbing to the programme length of recording, and increasing this to
the length you want. It can easily be increased by five minutes by pressing the
cursor up key five times.
