Ray, I apologise, if this question has been asked before on list, but if it has I didn't see the post.

It's not the speakers I'm Interested in, but how to connect such speakers to the cable box,
Billy

Is Freelists having a touch of the lurgy or something? Sure I've seen
this message before.

Anyhow Billy, I think what you want are some powered speakers.
Active, Powered, or battery powered, would be your probable key words
in any search for such speakers.

there are quite a few around from not very good quality to pretty
respectable.

From Ray
I can be contacted off-list at:

hi guys,
I'm wanting to add a pair of external stereo speakers to my virgin
media
cable box,

Don't want to connect the box to my pc, just want to be able to listen
to
the cable box through a pair of stereo speakers.

I'm sure there is someway to achieve this.
Any Ideas please,
Billy
