[access-uk] a problem with purchasing Diskeeper online, spacifically with the product code. can anyone help please?

Hi all,

As some of you know, I have been trialling     Diskeeper.

When I went to purchase, I accidentally purchased from the USA not realising that there was a UK site, I thought I could purchase from just one site, but now I have purchased the product but I have not received a key, even though I have received two e-mails from the diskeeper corporation in the USA. How can I sort this out without waiting to receive a call from the diskeeper sales people here in the UK, with whom I have left a message? Alexander Shannon
