Thanks, Peter. I've done the do in D drive and it's working great.
Is that getting into the wilderness of Ontario? Apparently, there is some
beautiful countryside north of Toronto.

Yes Barry, you can go into WMP's options and make sure that the selected
file types do not include music audio files such as CDA.
Try also going into the properties of your D drive, play around in there and
see if you can't get it to play Music audio CD's using Real Player as the
default. Should be doable.
I'm in Newmarket, 25 miles north of Toronto.
