As well as George's suggestion about the groups seperated by dashes also
check that the registered name is as it should be, I have had at least
three different serials on mine and they have all worked.

It should be 6 groups of letters and numbers separated with a dash.

 

Make sure you don't end up with a spurious space at the end.

Brian's just purchased WinZip 11 and is trying to register it from the
product code shown in his registration email.

To be honest someone helped with mine but we've tried entering it all in
one with no spaces, entering it with dashes as shown and entering it
with spaces.  None of these seem to work what can we do?
