As well as George's suggestion about the groups seperated by dashes also check that the registered name is as it should be, I have had at least three different serials on mine and they have all worked. To be honest someone helped with mine but we've tried entering it all in one with no spaces, entering it with dashes as shown and entering it with spaces. None of these seem to work what can we do?
