[access-uk] Watching RTE2

There's been some discussion over the past couple of days on Football365
about how rubbish Match of the Day is compared to the equivalent
highlights programme on RTE2. Someone on there said that you could watch
RTE2 in the UK - can you? I looked at the channel listings for Sky and
it looks like you can't. Nothing came up either when I keyed the channel
number into the remote so I'm assuming its not that easy. So in order to
watch RTE2 from outside Ireland do you need to get hold of a different
card - one for the Irish republic or something? And will Sky just send
me one if I give them a call?...ta muchly in anticipation and looking
forward to seeing how much better RTE's football show is compared to the
BBC's.
