I'm on BBC1 at the mo and keying in 267, 268 or 269 does nothing.

I live in the North, and you can get the RTE stations on 267, 268 and
269.
This is only a recent development, beginning of June I think, until
then we
couldn't get it either.
One of these stations broadcasts mostly in Irish, TG4, but other than
that
you should be OK.
