Hi, Catherine, We have a Zanussi on which the engineer fitted a Braille panel. It is very good and I am happy with it though it has a lot of info so there is a lot of Braille on it. I am pleased with it. Like Sandra, I had a Hotpoint which was also very well Brailled. In both cases I went to a shop and they phoned to find out if the alterations could be made. Best wishes, Joan. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Catherine Turner" <catherineturner2000@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: "Access-UK" <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, October 03, 2004 3:36 PM Subject: [access-uk] Washing machines > Hi, > > Yusuf can't use e-mail at the moment and wants me to ask this question for > him, please reply to the list and I'll let him know what people say. > > He needs to buy a washing machine and wonders if anyone has any > comments/recommendations as to which ones are easiest for a blind person > to > use?
