John, what a full and helpful answer.  Thank you so much.

I'll do that, just as soon as I feel awake enough.

I have an old registered address but it hasn't been used for some time
and became obsolete as a result.  Now I can't decide whether to go
Hotmail (just for MSN) or use my current email address.  I'll probably
do the latter though as I'm not keen on Hotmail.
