[access-uk] Victor Vibe a myth or, a reality?

Hi all, if I am not mistaken the Victor Vibe was due to go on sale from the
RNIB in November 2003. That date was postponed to February 2004. It
subsequently
has been moved back to April 2004 and to date no one can give me a release date.
The creation of a user manual was given as reason for the hold up.
Has anyone got an update please?
