  if you are looking for some thing simple and you are doing the work 

  why not by some re-writable cd's and let her play them in the old cd player.
  then she can save £hundreds of pounds.

  otherwise use the milestone as it is much better than any other product on 
the market.

    My neighbour, new neighbour, is very elderly not too dextrous with very 
limitted vision.
    I  was looking for somethin as simple as an old cassette to operate on 
which I  could down load some radio  programs and books for her, simple is the 
key, although she is as bright as a  button, lovely lady.
