Hi John, if this is the double egg thing with the lid, then the instructions
are actually printed on the base if you can find a friendly pair of eyes to
read them. In the meantime, a run through courtesy of our poacher and my
wife's friendly pair of eyes.
Once the eggs are in the poacher, you have to give them a tea-spoon of water
each. then you have to pierce the yolks. Cook on medium for 90 seconds (or 50
for one egg). Allow to stand for 60 seconds before removing the lid. Pierce
the yolks again. Then the only thing you have to worry about is getting the
blyters out of the poacher!

If they still come out like bullets, blame Lakeland, not me or my wife's
friendly eyes. In my view, there are two things which blind people can't ever
hope to do, brain surgery and good poached eggs.

Cheers now.

Ian

  Hello All,

I've just acquired a Lakeland microwave egg poacher but without
  any instructions.

Can anyone who might also have one of these with such as
e-mailable user instructions please let me have a copy. If they
are not available in text, could anyone give me some basic
  starter times/wattages to use.

I've had a few goes, but the eggs always come out like bullets.
If I keep on experimenting I'll end up with acute constipation
and a very anti-social aroma, so please come to my assistance!

  Regards,
  John.
