I am not sure what the relationship is now. Dezeen used to be the agent of
Eon (the makers). I purchased my watch through them and as said before when
I rang Dezeen about four weeks ago a lady answering the phone stated that
Dezeen was no longer in business and advised me to contact Eon direct. Yet
on encountering these difficulties a staff member on that phone number did
e-mail them.

Subject: [access-uk] Update on Bradley watch repair
Recently I posted that Dezeen , although answering their phone, are no
longer in business or at least that is what I was told by them. I sent my
Bradley watch to Eon whilst under guarantee and they failed to acknowledge
receipt or respond to e-mails. After intervention by Dezeen staff the watch
has now been repaired and returned.
