There are quite a few outlets around. Just type 'cassette to PC' into Google.
But they all, whether hard or software solutions, seem to copy in real time. A bore if you have many to transfer. 

Please let me know if you do find a 'fast copier'!  Thanks.

Can anyone recommend a USB cassette player? I've seen a couple that look
good but I'm guessing they operate via a software interface and I haven't
