Andy, yes I've always felt that too, like they are watching the telly from
an armchair somewhere with good microphones.  I think they got pulled up or
fined for that once because they said they were broadcasting live, and it
wasn't technically live, but that's another topic I guess.

Thanks though for all suggestions, I'll visit the toyshop and see what's
about and report back if any apps I find are accessible or worth any money.
Having access to radio on the iPod Touch or iPhone is something I actually
prefer than on a Freeview box because you can take the smaller devices
around with you.

Don't forget too, there is also Absolute radio, use to be virgin 1215, they
usually have a sat afternoon prem game. I always feel both them and Talk
Sport are never actually at the ground, but commentating on TV footage -
