Carol they are all good suggestions thank you. I am not sure that I would know when I installed it in terms of 'going back'. Maybe that information is somewhere, is it? As for Revo Uninstall, I was advised that this was not good to use as it can play havoc with the Registry. This I was told from a techy person working for Microlink and I am sure there techy people are good.

Well Eleanor,

Perhaps it's because you played around getting rid of registry entries etc.

I don't know that this will make a difference, but you could try a re-install and then uninstall using Revo Uninstaller. You have various levels to choose from and a very thorough uninstall might do it. If you didn't use the one I mean (not sure what the software calls it) then I'd try that first before you reinstall anything.

Otherwise, you could go back to *before* you uninstalled and take it from there.

It hasn't for me Carol and that is why I am raising it on
the list. ----- Original Message -----

It's always done a good job for me, and I'd give it a go
with this.

Yes Amro I did though the Techy guy from Microlink told
me he would not recommend it as it can mess up the
Registry.

Cheers,

Hi All

I cannot uninstall Webbie. Now before anyone
recommends I contact Alestair
King, I have done so by e-mail and answer phone but
have not had a response.

The error message I am getting is below and maybe
someone else has had this
problem in the past and has been able to resolve it. I
had someone from the
company that provides my software from the Open
University try for about an
hour on Friday to see if he could assist but he was
unable to do so. He was
a highly experienced Information Technology person but
he said my only route
was to contact Alestair King and he got me the contact
details off the website but no response from Alestair
about this.
