Hi Alex.

Just to add to what you've said here, you can also set stop alerts, so the app will remind you when you are approaching your stop, even if you are performing another task on your phone or the screen is locked. It works with busses and trains, in all localities that Traveline.info supports. Depending on where you live, live bus timetable information may be available but in remote or rural locations, the app will only be able to give timetabled information as provided by the bus company.

All the best, Ibrahim.

Hi Joe,

I have used the Traveline GB app, but only really on busses.

Generally I only use it to read timetables which otherwise would be
difficult for me to see. However, I have used it to gage stops on a route I
know, and if I remember correctly it does announce stops before you reach
them.

I don't think I have tried it on a train as yet, but others may be able to
answer that part of your question.
