On your win 7 pc go to All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Windows
Easy Transfer and follow the Wizard.

Apoligies from bringing this up again, but can someone send me the info on
what programs I can use to transfer settings from one laptop to another.
Will it work with settings from vista to a win 7 computer?
