[access-uk] Re: Train taxi links

I didn't get on very well with those JAVA links!  Do I need to install
anything to read them better with JAWS Version 5.00.84 and Windows XP?

If not, please explain someone how I get round those un-named links at
the top and reach the JARVA bit at the bottom?
