Its always a good idea to have as few programs running at start up as
possible in my opinion.

hi guys, My daughter has been having some startup issues with her new
Toshiba laptop system. The laptop is taking too long to startup. She
thinks it may be the amount of startup programs loading at boot up.
Can anyone using a Toshiba laptop please advise, would it be better if
she removed some of the Toshiba stuff loading at startup?, there are so
many programs in there,
