[access-uk] Tiscali server

Hi Friends
Does anyone do have a same problem with Tiscali server for receiving emails?
I work with
outlook Express.
It almost 48 hours the incoming emails are not get through but outgoing is
working fine.
Wondering if I am only the one got problem with that?
