I'm using Outlook Office edition my options are HTML: Rich text or
plain text I am composing in plain text because I think it was on this
list: we were asked to do so.

I thought that was what you meant but wasn't sure.

Mandy..

Hi mandy:
In outlook:
Tools
Options
Mail format

The first tab gives three options:
Html, rtf, or text.

You are then (in a subsequent box) given an option of which program to
use.

Which one are you using?

David

Which client are you using for emails?

Or something else?

If outlook, in which program are you compiling the email?

Hi.

Not sure how to explain this: when I am writing an email I suddenly
find that part of what I am writing has jumped a few lines up so that it
is out of sequence. Often I think this occurs when I make a mistake and
use control backspace to delete a word or control left arrow to see
where I am.

Could there be a setting I need to alter in Jaws or is it me doing
something wrong? Just now I was writing an email and I kept checking to
make sure it hadn't happened and suddenly there it was again.

I hope this makes sense: even to me it doesn't, much!

Mandy.
