Hi Anne,

 

I have just been talking to George Bell over here in the UK, about the error
in the subject line.

 

Apparently, there is a Windows Installer Cleanup utility that I need to run?
George said to Email you if I didn't have it.

 

If you could please hit me with a link, I'd be ever so grateful.  I'm having
problems where the system thinks it should be activated, since the upgrade
to Windows Spring Creators, 1803.
