Hi Carol,If you are used to using the access site then this one is far busier. It seemed to take me a lot longer to do my shopping because so much unwanted information comes up. When you book your delivery slot which used to be a combo box you now check the box and find a reserve this slot button. You used to get an add to basket button at the top and bottom and you could add lots of different items, now you have to add each item one at a time. The good thing is the basket has also changed so it is much easier to add or remove items. I think people will get used to it but it is certainly so much more info per page which I could certainly do without but others may love browsing all the special offers.
