Hi Phil,

In your case, it was an upgrade, not a replacement. If the phone is
replaced, and it is not your fault, i.e. lost or stolen or damaged, then the
cost is nothing. If however, you fancy an upgrade, then it is as you say,
50 pounds.

All the best

Steve

Hi Barry

I have had my Nokia 6600 for approx two years now and when I licenced Talkx
with Computer room Services, I asked Steve that particular question and he
said it would cost approx £50 to swap to another phone. Whether that has
changed now I am not sure.

Hope this helps.

Phil

Hi all

A friend of mine has broken her mobile that has talks on it. How can she
move the licence to a new mobile?

Thanks

Barry
