Hi Jackie,

I haven't tried with steps or curbs, but I don't think Buzz Clip would be
any good for those either, it's worn too high.

As for protection, I tried it with Angie yesterday and she walked across me
from right to left.  With the Sunu Band on my left wrist, it picked her up
easily coming towards me from the right.  So yes, I'd say protection is
pretty good.

As for steps and curbs, your cane should be looking after you there anyway.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] SunuBand question

Could I just ask that if you wear the SunuBand on your wrist, how well are
you protected across the body if you keep your arm by your side or are
holding a dog's harness?  BuzzClip, for example, can be pinned to your shirt
or something on your chest if you wish.  So I am just wondering how
SunuBand, when worn on one side, protects the other?

Something else that comes to mind is how good or otherwise it might be at
dealing with steps or kerbs.  Would there be any indication for these?

Kind regards,

Jackie Brown
