[access-uk] Spybot Installation Problem

Hi List.
I've just downloaded Spybot 1.3 from its website, but haven't been able to
install it.
When I enter on the download, I choose English as my installation language,
and OK this. Then the welcome screen pops up, but when I enter on "Next" I
hear the Xp error sound, and am placed back on the newly downloaded program.
There's no error message of any kind, absolutely nothing to indicate what
went wrong!
Can anyone help with this one?
