Hi Sharon,
I'm thinking that I-Tunes is your problem here. I use Sound Taxi all the
time for converting Audible books but I don't have I-Tunes on my machine and
don't have any problems. Not really sure why you need to use I-Tunes at all
with Sound Taxi and you do have the latest version. Sorry I can't be of
more help.
