Hi Doris,
An excellent post. Just to add that if you have Window-Eyes, you can use
1.3, it is just as accessible as 1.2, although neither are fully accessible,
or should I say easily usable. I think you can access most functions, if
you are familiar with mousing around.

The last fully accessible version of skype that is also fully supported by
the jaws scripts at this time is version 1.2.048. It can be gotten from
www.oldversion.com
Version 1.3.x is the current stable release but has several accessibility
issues. Skype 1.4.x is out in public beta and accessibility support is being
worked on but issues femain still. I would strongly advise staying with
version 1.2.048 for the time being.
