Thanks Jim. I hear that 3.8 is no longer available, so am frightened to
upgrade in case I find it difficult and can't get back to 3.8. Will observe
other opinions, though the majority of my contacts use 3.8 so wouldn't gain
really in the audio stakes either.

hi jill, i downloaded the 4.1 version on to my parteners notebook and it
was a disaster. it knocked out my wireless conection and wanted me to dial up
using msn. i might have done or not done something to cause this but i
uninstalled it and went back to 3.8.

Hi.
I'm currently using Skype 3.8 and doing well with it, though I don't use
the Skype watch facility. I'm debating upgrading to 4 or 4.1 but I'm wondering
what I need to be aware of as far as the accessibility is concerned. In 3.8, I
know how to do Skype text chats, host conferences, add contacts etc and if I
can access all of that in 4, then I may upgrade. Any help with this will be
really appreciated.
Using Jaws 10 with latest, or maybe recent update and Windows Vista Home
Premium.
