Yes Steve, deleting a programme straight away is easy but sometimes I watch one
on my phone and then would like to be able to delete it without looking for it
on the box. Hopefully they will address this at sometime.
Mandy.

Hi
Mandy,
Yes, I agree that is really odd and should be addressed, that deleting thing.
It works well on Android. But deleting a programme you just heard is easy.
Press the Back button once after playing it, then right arrow, then select.
Make sure you only press select once, or you’ll delete the next programme down.
All the best
Steve

Hi Sandra.
It doesn't matter who sets up the recordings on the Sky Q box as they will show
up on the Sky Q app.
Sometimes, for reasons unknown to me, we count and a programme seems to be one
number higher or lower than our phones ingcate, but basically it's a lot easier
to find programmes than on Sky plus, particularly if you have more than one
episode of something. I also like that I can play recordings from my phone.
What I dislike is the fact that on iPhone it can't delete a programme using the
phone yet with Android you can. Why should that be?

Hi Sandra,
I currently have 25 programmes on my box and my counting method still works.

Hi Steve,
Yes sky Q is pretty good but you still need to use your iPad or phone to be
able to find things so you can watch on through the skybox. Your counting is
only possible if you have a few recordings but if you have got other members of
the family also recording stuff then your counting I’m afraid doesn’t really
work, more can be done with the Sky Q app if you don’t mind me saying so. At
the moment it is just a work around therefore in my view its not what I would
call accessible.
Its like this search facility that they have brought out, you know where you
can use your voice, but if you are a blind person how the hell do you know that
you have found what you are looking for, because it doesn’t speak to you. OK
for people who can see and have problems using there hands, its great but for
myself its not very good.
Sandra.

Hi,
What needs doing on Sky Q? It’s pretty good, other than you can’t play stuff
on the box with it.

That’s a bit of good news Barry. Do you know if they are also working on the
sky Q as well?

Good news, all. Sky have been working on fixing the bug in the Sky+ Planner
