Sky Q is accessible to some extent using the voice remote and is accessible
using the Sky Go app. The Sky Go app was redesigned to replace the two apps
of old, the thinking being that it is better to do everything with one app
rather than having to swap around. So, the Sky Go app is now the dedicated
app for Sky Q.
You would need Sky Go multi-room and an Apple device to get audio
description using the Sky Go app. If you don't need the multi-room and
would only be getting it so that you could get AD on the app, then Sky
Accessibility should give you the multi-room for the price of the standard
Sky Q, knocking the price of multi-room off. If you go down this route,
make sure that you tell them that you don't want the multi-room facility,
but you do want AD on the app.

I hear that Sky Q is accessible but could you answer the following for a

Is it correct that there is not a dedicated App i.e. Sky +?
If not, do we have to use Sky Go? If this is the case how accessible is it
and does audio description work when watching a recorded programme on sky
go?
